This outpatient mental health service clinic is centrally located in the heart of downtown Logan to ensure ease-of-access to all age groups, including families. The administrative offices of our tri-county operation are also located within this facility.

Services Provided: Professional and diverse staff provides a full array of mental health services, as indicated after a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan. Services are delivered by a caring team where individuals actively participate in their own treatment planning, goals and recovery. Services are primarily evidenced-based and may include individual/group therapy, case management, skills building, respite, crisis or medication management, to name a few. Summer and after school programming are also available.

Hours: Monday through Thursday: 8am-6pm, Friday: 8am-4pm
