What to bring: A journal and a pen

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING OUR MEETINGS:

• A safe and secure space for you to share your journey
• Specific topics to guide thoughts, emotions and discussions
• Advocacy throughout your journey
• Licensed therapists (on call, too) to assist as needed
• A journal and pen free on your first visit
• Light refreshments (if you’re joining us in-person)
• Special guests depending on the needs of the birth moms
