Connection Support Group- For Adults with Mental Health Conditions
Connection is a free, peer-led support group for adults with mental health conditions. Come meet others who understand what you are experiencing. NAMI’s Support Groups are unique because they follow a structured model to ensure everyone in the group has an opportunity to be heard and to get what they need.

Family-to-Family Courses- For Adult Family Members of Loved Ones with a Mental Health Condition
Family-to-Family a free 12-week course for family members, friends and significant others of adults living with mental health conditions. This evidence based course offers critical information and strategies for taking care of the person you love, but you'll also discover that you're not alone. Recovery is a journey, and there is hope.

Family Support Group- For Family Members and Loved Ones of Anyone with a Mental Health Condition
Our Family Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for family members and loved ones of individuals with a mental health condition. Come meet others who understand what you are experiencing. Learn from one another and share in supportive, confidential environment.

Peer-to-Peer Course- For Adults with Mental Health Conditions
Peer-to-Peer is a free 8-week course that encourages growth, healing, and recovery for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery. This program includes activities, discussions and informative videos.
