At Open Doors Utah, we believe in offering a hand up, not a hand-out. As Davis County’s Family Support Center and Community Action Agency, we are dedicated to helping families and individuals overcome barriers to achieve lasting independence and stability. Since our founding in 1982, we have expanded from a small respite care nursery to a comprehensive organization providing vital services to low-income families and those facing housing instability throughout Davis County.

Our mission is bringing the community together to strengthen families and increase self-reliance. Whether we are offering respite care for parents, helping families find stable housing, or providing mentorship and support through our Circles Program, everything we do is centered on empowering individuals and families to build brighter futures.
