Utah Community Action Head Start

Head Start is a comprehensive child development program designed to meet the educational, emotional, social, and health needs of children and families. Head Start provides a developmentally appropriate education to children who otherwise would not have the opportunity to be prepared for kindergarten. Head Start and Early Head Start accept applications year-round for children 0-5. For Head Start, younger children can join our waitlist. If applying for Early Head Start we serve children 6 weeks to 3 years old. Parents can have a break while the child is at school.
