RISE is a nonprofit organization that specializes in home and community-based support services for children and adults with developmental and other disabilities, children with mental health challenges, and aging adults.

Assisting people with daily living activities, Teaching life skills, Meeting companionship needs, Providing assistance in the community, Supportive or customized employment, Day programs, After school programs, Summer Programs, Professional Parenting, Foster parenting, Mental Health Clinic - Intercept Therapy, Providing a stable family setting, Respite opportunities based on intake assessment on needs.

The cost depends on the program, most of the time they will take Medicaid and they do take some other insurances as well.
They also take DSPD payments or DCFS placement for those who have a higher level of need.
