Healthy Relationships Utah offers free research-based relationship education courses throughout the state of Utah as part of Utah State University Extension. One of USU's missions as a land grant university is to give back to the community the knowledge and research we gain. These free courses are just one of many ways that Utah State University accomplishes this mission.

Free classes focusing on:

• Finding common ground and handling conflict
• Step-parenting strategies, child development, and discipline
• Strengthening the couple relationship
• Working with the child's other parent
• Self-care and managing stress
