The Adult Education program currently offers the following learning pathways, which will help adults 18 and older to increase their wages, start a new career, and reach their education goals:

- Sauté Culinary Employment Training
- Achieve! Financial Literacy Classes
- Job Readiness and Financial Literacy
- GED Prep Program
- Post Secondary Education Referrals
Our Head Start program focuses on health, education, and self-reliance
for children 0-5 and their families. Each year, UCA serves over 2,000
