Utah Legal Services (ULS) is a nonprofit law office incorporated in 1976 committed to making equal justice a reality by providing free legal help in non-criminal cases to low-income Utahns.

ULS serves the entire state with offices in Salt Lake City, Ogden, Provo and St. George. Specialized units also serve groups with special legal needs including farm workers, American Indians and Senior Citizens. Utah has over 360,000 persons eligible for legal help from ULS.

• Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, only our Salt Lake City office is open to the public, please to do not go to one of our other office locations unless you have an appointment or have been directed to do so by a staff member. Although our Salt Lake City office is open to the public, many of our staff members continue to work remotely, because of this, they will not be able to meet with you without an appointment.
